How to Get More Business™

Hello!

  • Do you spend ages writing business proposals without achieving a satisfactory result?
  • Would your proposals benefit from a second pair of eyes, but you don't know who to ask?
  • Do you need help to work out how to best pitch your USP to the potential customers you seek?

I'm Ann Grindrod, successful female solopreneur. I recently received an e-bulletin showcasing a teleseminar by a business 'guru' who achieves an 80% success rate in the business he pitches for.

I thought this was reasonably impressive, until I reviewed my own achievements, when I realised my success rate is over 90%!

Having submitted plenty of business proposals and tenders in well over 20 years of trading, I really appreciate how time-intensive this aspect of running a business is, and how frustrating it can be when you don't get the results you hope for, or at the very least some constructive feedback from the potential client, so you can learn for the future.

So I've developed my unique

Business Proposal Review ...

If you are a solopreneur or small organisation, I would be delighted to work with you to show you How to Get More Business™ and to share what I do so you can improve your own chances of success too.

There are a number of reasons why I believe I have achieved success to date - here's five:

  • An ability to write logically, creatively, and succinctly, is an important starting point!
  • Putting myself in the potential client's shoes before I develop solutions.
  • Being clear about the outcomes the client will achieve as a result of hiring me.
  • Using brain friendly ideas throughout the proposal and presentation stages - ESSENTIAL!!
  • And use of an innovative simple tool I have up my sleeve which not only helps me to get more business, but supports me to get that business at the price I propose - without having to negotiate too hard! But obviously I can't guarantee there'll be no negotiation for you.

So I'll share with you how you can utilise all the above to achieve your own success.

How will we work together?

Although every business proposal is different, and therefore what we would do together will vary with your needs, here's a rough outline of how we can work together:

  • Call me to discuss your business opportunity, and timescales, to determine whether there's the time for us to work together on your proposal
  • picture of thumbs ponting upwards
  • Following your written acceptance of my Terms and Conditions (to be supplied), you research your potential client / customer and your competition
  • We work together to clearly identify your strategy and USP, and how you can best present and prove it to your potential client / customer
  • You write your business proposal with my support
  • I review it and suggest where enhancements can be made
  • You submit your proposal to the client, and I guide you through potential elements of the negotiation stage
  • And whether you are successful or not on this occasion, I walk you through how to make the most of this opportunity for the future.

Based on your preferences, and our respective locations, I can work with you by phone, email, skype, recordings, written material, or preferably including a meeting at my base.

This unique programme equates to no less than 10 hours of my time, and involves further time investment in behind the scenes work, on both sides.

I schedule several timeslots to offer you this support and your timescales will take priority as much as my existing client commitments allow. To this end I am happy to work evenings and part-weekends with you, by arrangement.

What's the Investment?

The full investment for my How to Get More Business™ programme is £960, payable in advance.

However, uniquely on this one, I'm prepared to share the risk with you, because I really appreciate the time and costs to you in putting a proposal together!

So here's the deal: you invest 50% (£480) upfront, before we start working together.

And then, when you're successful in achieving the business, you settle the balance.

If you don't get the business on this occasion, you get all the learning which you can then apply to future proposals - but at only 50% of the cost!

Travel, refreshments, accommodation, and ancillary charges, may be applied. For urgent face to face work, where an overnight stay at my North Wiltshire base may be advisable (your choice!), en-suite accommodation is available for a small additional charge.
