Service Levels and Fees

Below you will find the different service levels I offer and how much you can expect to invest - all my fees are transparent, and can be estimated in advance. But if the exact service you need isn't listed, or what you can expect to invest isn't clear, please contact me and I'll be happy to help.

When you first commission me, there is a minimum investment of 4 hours. This is because, irrespective of the service, I will spend time in getting to know you and/or your business, and how you work, so that I can always offer you 'bespoke' solutions, rather than 'off-the-shelf' services.

Thereafter, a minimum investment of 2 hours will apply.

3 Consultancy	Includes services where I work with or for you on a 1-2-1 basis and am office-based: Personal mentoring Career development Business improvement activities.	£72 per hour First-time investment - from £288 Thereafter - from £144
4 Delivery	Includes services where I work with you, and/or your small team, substantially face to face: Personal development programmes Career search programmes Business / team development programmes Group training workshops.	Because these programmes involve significant pre- and post-work, they are usually costed per programme, based on an hourly rate of £96. Programmes represent excellent value for money for you and/or your business. See fixed fee programmes for further details.

* These services can be delivered using business English or proofreading symbols.

Travel, refreshments, accommodation, and ancillary charges, may be applied, depending upon service level.

For intensive face to face work, where an overnight stay at my North Wiltshire base may be necessitated, en-suite accommodation is available for a small additional cost.

I provide a written quote for all services, in advance, and remember, I do not charge VAT!
