My approach to jobseeking has always been ahead of the game: - From the 1990s (when I first started helping people to find work), I was an early pioneer of non-discriminatory CVs and applications. Teaching both jobseekers and employers my methods, I helped to get the right people in the right jobs with the right companies – fast!
- In recruitment, I was leading the way in ‘valuing diversity’ whilst others only embraced ‘equal opportunities’ – or maybe hadn’t even caught up with that!
- And despite all the legislation, there’s still plenty of ways recruiters are weeding you out – but I know how to minimise that happening to you!
- In the ‘noughties’, my brain friendly approach has transformed how I work with my clients – and has widened how they can approach their jobsearch too.
