When you work within an organisation, you may be offered opportunities to develop your personal skills, possibly through e-learning, training packages, or group workshops.

But as an individual, or small business, such opportunities may not be available to you in the same way; e-learning doesn’t work in every environment; training packages tend to be generic and not tailored to your environment or needs; and you may not have the time to attend open workshops.

So I’m here to enable you to access such opportunities in a way which works for you and helps you to develop the personal skills you need to achieve more in your life, your career, or your business.

Because every individual has their own unique needs, we haven’t developed a ‘standard’ package. Instead, what we do is customise our existing material into 4-hour sessions tailored to your requirements, and the more sessions you invest in, the more cost-effective we can make a programme for you.

For example, by selecting 6 sessions, this equates to no less than 24 hours of direct work with me, as well as substantial time investment behind the scenes, by both of us. And because you’ve opted for a number of sessions, I’ll be delighted to offer you the 6th session, absolutely FREE!

Based on your learning preferences, and our respective geographical locations, I can support you by phone, email, skype, recordings, written material, etc., and to include at least one meeting. This is an essential part of any personal development programme.

We programme in regular slots to offer you ongoing support and your timescales are important to us. To this end we are happy to work evenings and part-weekends with you, by arrangement.
