In my 20+ years of being self-employed, I have worked as part of a partnership, as part of a network, and completely on my own. And I can tell you that I have definitely made the best decisions, and progressed my businesses the most, when I have been able to access the knowledge, experience, wisdom and skills of other like-minded people, even when I haven’t always followed their advice to the letter!

So now I’m pleased to share my knowledge with other entrepreneurs – and that’s whether you’re an aspiring business or needing a boost!

Because every business and every business owner has unique needs, we haven’t developed any ‘standard’ packages to help you develop your business. Instead, what we do is customise what we offer into 4-hour sessions tailored to your requirements, and the more sessions you invest in, the more cost-effective we can make a programme for you.

Based on your preferences, and our respective locations, I can support you by phone, email, skype, recordings, written material, etc., and preferably to include at least one meeting.

We can programme in regular slots to offer you ongoing support and your timescales are important to us. To this end we are happy to work evenings and part-weekends with you, by arrangement.

Business development programmes are costed at Service Levels 1,2,3 or 4 depending upon your requirements – please see my Service Levels and Fees for more information.
